Someone asked me to post more proof that David Lipman is a chronic fraudulent abuse filer. Check out the dates, thats how long he has been trying, you think enough is enough but the troll is a persistant little bastard.

See ticket # xxxxxxxx - continuing complaints from David Lipman's friends come in to Abuse. First was a telephone call, then next was a complaint about another file allegedly stolen by our client and claimed as his own in violation of copyright laws. In all cases (now and going forward) the Interland Abuse line will be: "Interland is taking no side in this dispute and is completely neutral - please call Interland Legal with any concerns or questions. Interland will comply with any court order we are given."

The location http://www.pcbutts1.com/downloads/ contains both nailfix.exe and nailfix1.exe, which appear to be the same file when I downloaded them to confirm that they were, indeed, my work. Since I discovered this, the owner of that site has blocked access to the downloads directory with a password, but a google search against the domain name produces a list of about 20 files that are being hosted there, including several commercial applications. Through postings in the alt.privacy.spyware group and other locations, I have seen how biligerent and non-responsive that this domain owner acts. I therefore DEMAND that Interland, as the responsible ISP/hosting party, remove the unauthorized nailfix.exe and nailfix1.exe files from this site IMMEDIATELY.
